Hello all,
Ive recently sold my convicts from my tank and converted it to a community, and really want to go planted, without CO2.

Tank spec:
48"x12"x15"
1x36"-30w t8 aquarium bulb
1x12"-15w t8 aquarium bulb

all other spec is useless for the topic.

Fish:
3xCongo Tetra
3xGold Guarami
8xNeon Tetra

Thinking about getting a trio of panda corys, and possibly a shoal of rainbows/barbs.

I also need some ideas in how to scape it out, at the minute I just have around 5 peices of 6" to 12" bog wood stacked together on the left of the tank and 5 large pieces of slate stacked to make caves on the right, but it doesn't quite seem like the natural aquariums that ive seen on the forum so I need a few tips on it.

Thanks mattb22

There are three excellent guides to aquascaping here

generally you have lower plants at the front, and taller plants at the back, then trim them to how you want, it depends on the plants and type f scape you are wanting:

iwagumi
jungle
triangle....
