I've been wanting these guys forever, thanks so much for sourcing them for me Sukie
They arrived alive and well today, as anything sent through Linda does, I have come to believe :p. They are SO FREAKIN' TINY, omigosh!! They're smaller than the white clouds and peacock gudgeon they're temporarily sharing the tank with. They're roughly the size of male feeder guppies.

Here's the male when they first arrived

After settling in the male's colours have come out much better

The only pic I could get of the two together (don't you love my snail-eaten plant in the foregroud?)

Amazingly, the male has chosen this as his hiding spot. You can barely see his little head poking out

Talk about camoflage! She actually pressed herself flat to the wood, going with the grain, knowing it would make her more difficult to see

And lastly, a pic of the tank :D

New wilds! :hyper: They're very cute, I love how she's all stealthy in her hiding

Brownorum? I love Brownorum! I love how they got that little green dot in the center of em! Very, very, very nice! Are you gonna breed these guys?

Very cool! I never knew (or maybe I forgot) that they had that colouring to them. Can't wait to see some little babies ;)

At least you didn't have issues w/ the tank like i did!

They are tiny!! but that's a good thing cause they babies still! :hey:

Brownorums are such wonderful little wilds. I had a single male I picked up from a lfs that was actually fairly old when I got him. I had him about six months before his immune system seemed to crash and he was catching ill constantly. They're timid, but they'll learn who their caregiver is and come out to say hi and beg for food (and seem to stay hidden if it's not the caregiver!).

They're beautiful little things. You're lucky and I'm quite jealous. :)

Great little fishies Synirr! I like, I like.
