I have a new Marble CT boy coming tomorrow from Modaz... Ssssoooo excited!!! Added the plants to his tank today and have tried black sand for a change, thought it would compliment his colours.... When does this mid-life crisis business end?

id remove the plants from their pots and rockwool. rockwool will encourage algae growth in your tank

It doesnt end,, mine is getting worse,, will need bigger house at this rate!! Nice looking tank i'm sure he'll be very happy in there

you'll like him as he's a cracker but youve not mentioned the female as they were a matching pair, you do realize that you purchased both didnt you?
and they are both in the same parcel, hope you did .

The tank is 40 litre... Think thats nearly 9 gall..

Modaz of course i haven't forgotten the little girly..LOL. She's going on her own too in a divided 12 gall. Not risking putting her in the sorority they are being cow bags at the moment and its handbags at 20 paces!!! (No injuries though thank goodness)

oooh thats good then, ive had customers before not realize what they have actually purchased, and havent had the space once they arrived, hope your planning on spawning them, the pics you saw on ebay were soooooooo bad, mind you i put it on via turbo lister and 4 mins later you grabbed it, my quickest sale ever i almost died of shock but saying that like i said the pic was not good, you wait till you see them in the morning, esp when they have settled in, she has what i can only describe as a marble base with a mother of pearl top layer, didnt want to send her to be honest as she was really growing on me.

I'd been looking for a pair on ebay for ages and had just about given up. I wasn't going to bother looking. Good job i did or they would have been snapped up and i would have missed out!
I will be breeding them but i'll leave it for 4 weeks, give them plenty of time to settle.. I'm sure they are in tip top condition so i wont have to work too hard conditioning them
Pics never do them justice but i know they will both be Fab..(She looks a real cutie)
