I have not heard of it being called that, but it is very possible!! I will do some checking and see if that is one of the names it goes by.

I maintain over 100 tanks and do resale from my home!! The trick to getting plecos to hold still is this.....

You need to let them attach their sucker to your finger. This makes them feel secure as tho they were in the aquarium!!

If you look closely at thepleco pics you can see all but the L200 is attached to my finger. The L200 being a little smaller did not require this!!

I would love to have another one of those pike cichlids. The local fish store does not get them in anymore. If only you were closer to Ky. Nice fish though. What do you think of the pike cichlid? I think mine is great. I used to have 2 of them but one succumbed to ick. But when I did have 2 of them I noticed that they really did not get along to well. The more aggressive one out of the 2 would put the head of the other one completely in its mouth. But anyway just wanted to see what you had to say about them.
