Hey guys, its been a while since I have posted but though I would share this with you all. I have nearly had my tank for a year now (1st October!!) :D , but was getting really bored with my rock layout. Firstly, I had absolutely no-where to put nice corals, and secondly I wanted to get away from the dated look of a pile of rock with corals dotted over it.

I looked through some of my snorkeling photos and decided I wanted to make my tank look more like a natural reef wth overhangs, pilars and depth. Criticism welcome :)

I gave the glass a clean, that picture above looks terrible! Thanks mate, yellow tang is my favorite fish, and I actually have two of those RBTA, the other is hiding behind the other since I move some rocks over its old home! I also have a yellow headded jawfish, two clowns, a cleaner shrimp and two humbug damsel fish, but they are in the frag tank above.

at first I didn't like your new scape, but then it really filled out when you put the corals back in. Also, I think it was a little bit because the old scape pic was much better than the new scape pic!

good job! I kinda like seeing hte macro algae in the tank.

I really liked your aquascape before, but I really love the look of it now, but then I am a bit partial to the bommie look :good:

Congrats on keeping that alive.
You seem to have better luck than I do.
I'm jealous.

Well get this, the first night I got him, I was brushing my teeth and all of a sudden he jumped out of the tank and fell 6ft down and behind the drawers and tv. I had to launch my ps3 and 32" LCD out of the way, drag the chest of drawers and search for my fishy!

I managed to pick up a dusty jawfish and plop him back in the tank. That was about 4 months ago :)

I love it when it starts to build a fort, searching the tank for small rocks to place out the front of it.

Mine jumped out too. Within 2 minutes of it being in the tank.
And then it jumped again, about 18 hours later. Except I wasn't home at the time. :(
