New 29 Gallon

It is in the middle of Cycling. I only have 2 Briselnose Pleco in it with 10 fake plants.

After it cycles I want

2 Briselnose Plecos
5 False Julii Corys
6 Barbs
10 fake plants

Would It be ok to mix 3 Tiger Barbs with 3 Green Tiger Barbs ? Will they still school?

Yeah your stocking is good and your barbs probably will shoal.

We've got 6 "regular" tiger barbs and 4 green ones in our 29 gallon tank (we added 9 tiny young ones all at once to the tank with our grumpy old one), and they'll shoaled right up. They really are great fish, and the greens are beautiful. We jokingly renamed our original tiger "Brian" after the Monty Python film because he got 9 faithful follows that it seems he rather not have.
