what level swimmers are neons.mine (7) swim at the bottom and only venture to the top to get food, but today at the lfs they have a huge display tank and the neons are swimming mid level. iam confused

Nothing to worry about bottom to mid level mine did it, only went to top to feed.

They are a middle dweller but they go to basically all the levels. Nothing to worry about unless they are like gasping or something

 

[Lateral Line]

Bottom third of the tank denizens.
