Neon Tettra Question

[Fowlersrs]

We have a shoal of six neon tetra and we have noticed that one of them has little silver/white tips on both of its pelvic fins.

Any ideas what this could be/symbolise?

if the tips are from the body to the end of the fin it will jusy be the spines of the fish you are seeing..
