Neon Tetras

Last week I bought 7 neon tetras for my ten gallon. Well today I had a ich breakout. I turned up the temperature to 85F added medication. Through out the day I lost fish and am now down to 1. He seems to be doing ok besides having ich on him. My water stats are fine. I also added a air stone when I turned the heat up. My question is should I buy more even though he has ich in hopes that it will help him to be less stressful. Or should I wait until I have the ich thing taking care of. I think i know the answer which is wait but just wanting to make sure. Also I did a 50 percent water change before do anything today.
