Neon Tetras Ating Strnage

Hi,I got some neons of my mate as he wanted to get rid of his fish.They ated fine in his tank but in mine they kind of attak eah other by ram each other.Whts going on? breeding rictual? aggression?

Perhaps they are just reestablishing their hierarchy. Fish will do this every time you do a decor change, so it makes sense that they would do it for a complete tank change.
