dont know if this is fin rot or other infection or if another fish is just nipping him. None of the other fish are infected or showing signs of infection. 60% water change done every Sunday and 20% every Thursday. Water checked and stable every Wednesday. Have completed a 5 day course with EsHa 2000 last week but it seems to have speeded up the issue. Any other suggestions please?

It looks a bit like a fungal infection that has just started growing on the damaged tail.
