Neon Tetra With Black Spots

Good Morning everyone.

One of my five neon tetras has some black spots near its tail fin (fins look fine, no tears/splits etc...). He's had them for a little over a week now. I've had them for about 6 months. His colors are still bright, and he's eating/swimming normally.

Tank: no ammon, nitrite. Nitrate: 10
temp : fluctuates btw 75-77 degrees
tank size: 40 gallon

7 corys
3 guppies
5 neons
2 zebra danios
3 celeb.rainbows
3 platys
2 glowlight tetras

Any ideas on what this could be and what is the best treatment?

25% water changes are done once a week.

that's a neat sight to visit. All about diseases.

No snails in the tank. I'll keep an eye on him and see if the condition improves or worsens.
