What r the first signs of it is it loss of colour to the red and blue strips in the fish, or as i have noticed in 1 of my fish has a distinctive colour change just under the dorsal fin.

Is this the start on no return?

helpppppppppp

can you isolate the affected fish? If not these are the symptoms of neon tetra disease. If you can not isolate the fish then you should euthanize it. If you can isolate the fish treat with a anti bacterial med as sometimes they get false NTD which can be treated with this type of med. Good Luck :)

mmmmmmmmm isolation i cant do, and euthanasia dont really want to do it unless the fish is in distress ( which its not ). It is swimming fine.eatting and shoaling with the other fish, and the loss of colour is under the dosal fin no where near the spine. Having said that the only thing to do is keep an eye on the fish for now.

Well i dont believe my luck just come from looking at my fish and guess what?..............

The neon that im watching has just decided to add whitespot to the problem. Two dots have appeared on his dosal fin from last night to today. :S dont know whats going wrong with my tank.

So im going to dose the tank with Interpet Anti White Spot plus.
