My neon tetras just ate a baby cherry shrimp. Is this bad? I could tell it was starting to choke, but it eventually swallowed it. Is it likely to happen again? The shrimp was very small. Thanks in advance. :)

Not an issue, a fish wont usually eat anything it cant handle, what appears to be choking was probably it just moving it to a better swallowing position.
Yeah it will probably happen again, baby shrimp are a tasty snack for fish :)
The only fish I know of that wont eat shrimplets is otocinclus

Ok, so it nothing to worry about him say, choking next time?

I have a LOT of cherry shrimp in my 29g (I would guess 70+) so one little baby really isn’t a big deal. I still don’t like the idea of them eating it. :/

It's just the circle of life. If you don't want them eaten you can make a cherry shrimp tank with only cherries

Ah, but I can’t afford that.

I will just keep them in there for now, thanks.
