Hi all.
Noticed a growth on one of my tetras mouths today, looked online and there are a few possibilities but I’m sure someone will be clearer than I am.

Also one has taken itself off under the drift wood for the afternoon and another has a couple of white ‘flashes’ but not spots on fins?

Currently making an amazon order are there any meds I can try?

the white mouth looks like that new virus that affects neons and cardinals. there's no treatment for it.

no idea what the white on the tail is but it's not white spot or any other common disease. I would wait and see how it develops.

Thanks Colin, do you recall the name? I was worried is was NTD, cotton mouth etc, I’ll separate and see.
More harm than good to salt or medicate at this stage then?

He lasted longer than I expected, but had to put him down this weekend as he was beginning to get thin as the growths grew to a level that prevented him feeding. Used the clove oil method, worked as well as others say. No sign of transmission to others.
