Neon Tetra Disease, Discus and Angels

Hey guys, so I just noticed that my 11 neon tetras have what I believe to be neon tetra disease, I have quite the big tank (heavily planted)I don't see them often, some of them in advanced stages (big mouth tumors, slightly curved spines) can it spread to discus or angels ? I don't have a quarantine tank since I have my angels fry in there, should I just euthanize them?

Hey there I don’t know much about neon tetra disease but from what it sounds like the neons are dying anyways. I don’t know if it can spread to other fish.
