Neon Tetra Concern

I have had a school of 10 neon tetras for over a year now. I notcied yesturday one of the larger neons twitching in a weird way. is body will spasm and it its head and tail simultaneously bend to the left in a sharp movment. if you were looking at the top of its body down, it woul look like a backwards C. anyone know what might be causing this? it kind of reminds me of our dog when she had a stroke.

this sometimes happens to my fish. i am sorry to say that i have no idea what causes it or how to cure it. the fish usually end up dying not long after. sorry!

Yeah, this is relatively common with neon tetras. I believe it can be as a result of neon tetra disease but i'm not sure

Are there any signs of white stringy poop or ich spots?  Could be an itchy sort of twitch.  I've had other fish do it in early stages of ich just before I could see it.
