Neon Swimming Tail Heavy

For the last three days one of my neons has been swimming vertically, with his tail down. He's still feeding and staying in the shoal. Is this likely to be a swim bladder issue? Apart from a Discus with HITH issues all other fish are fine, water parameters are fine.

I'm no expert but try not to feed for 2 days and try to feed a pea , take the outer side off, and boil in water.
