Neon orange lobster help

Hey

We've had this lobster for a year now, recently he's started to sit in the bushes of his tank and not move for a few hours at a time over the past 3 days ... does this mean he is getting ready to molt or is there something more serious wrong?

Picture attached is his normal behaviour, he often explores the tank climbing constantly so this is why I'm worried about him not moving

Make sure the water quality is good.

Try doing a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week. make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it is added to the tank.

Make sure it is fed a varied diet that includes some plant matter.

Make sure it has a cave to hide in during the day.
