Neon has lump

Today I noticed that one of my neons has a lump on its tail. It's not ich or some form of fungal tail rot. It looks like a kind of tumor almost. Does anyone know what this is and how I can cure it? It doesn't seem to be in any pain and its swimming and eating.

Thanks EddieW for looking into this.
My neons are over 2 years old and the other 4 are ok.
And it doe's look like a Tumour.
But it doe's not seem to bother her.

I think that mine also has a tumor. I'll keep an eye on it and if it seems to be getting worse I guess I'll have to euthanase the fish. (which I really don't want to do) Also MartinB, it doesn't look like the lump on your tetra, the one on mine almost looks like a blister.
