Neighbors Dog

Ok my neighbours lovely staffy keeps on getting out I keep on returning him when he comes in my garden although half the time I dont know how he's getting in as we've bloked the ways we know of. I've told his owners but they just say he'll come back but I'm so worried that he might get run over or something. He is such a friendly dog that he chases you about just for attention and I know it scares alot of people in the area. I really dont know what else to do as I've spoken to his owners and they arent bothered at all and leave him out whilst they are out for the day which is so unfair for him.

do you guys have any sort of animal control over there? like a humane society?

Ring the rspca and ask for their advice or also there is a department at the local council that deals with animal related querys. hope that helps. x
