Need Winflash To Update Bios But Where From?

Hi - I need to update the bios on my asus p5b deluxe and it says to get winflash from the CD - the problem is I don't think I have the CD - I'll look for it but if I can't find it does anyone know where I can download winflash (Safely )

Can you find anything on the asus site, they might have the flash tool in their downloads. I have been looking and it is a tricky bit of software to download. I feel a major google session comeing on!
