If you saw my other post asking about the setup of a 24 Gal. Aquapod, then you'll know that I put tap water in it. I filled it with hose water and added dechlorinator then I mixed the salt in. Today I took out all the water and I was planning to get some water from the lfs. I wanted to know if I should do anything special to clean the tank since there is still ounces of the previous water mixture in it? Should I rinse it out or will it be fine? Do I need to cleanse the filter? THANK YOU!

If you want to rinse it out or wipe it down then of course this wil be good but it really wont cause any detrimental harm if you have the inside of hte tank wet when RO water is added.

i put tap water in myne to fill it up in the beggining and just treated it with the water treatment, and its fine, i guess i was extremely lucky...

tap water short term is usually fine. Long term use is usually where the problems develop. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
