Need To Transport Two Massive Goldies

OK, so my mate is moving to Poland and giving me his two massive massive goldies (I believe their fantails)... they bigger than my clenched fist!! Their huge!

Anyway, I've only got one fish used for transporting things like neon's around, so what can I use to transport them to my house???

A bucket with a towel over the top works fine, as does a large cooler.

You can also try checking out your local garden centre if they sell fish like koi, you may also be able to get some extra large transport bags or species fish transport boxs off them .

I moved my 11 inch pleco with a big bucket.

Problem with a bucket is... won't it splosh and splash around in my car during transport??

Only fill the bucket 2/3 of the way. You would have to drive like a real maniac to get that to slosh out. The towel prevents sloshing & jumpers.

a large tupperware tub will also work, and ask at yoe any large your local lfs if they have any large bags. and a poly box you can use
