Need Some Stocking Help/ideas

I know these get boring but im really stuck
I have a 75l slightly overfiltered tank. I think its 24" x 12" x 12"

I already have4 mollies1 male betta2 female betta1 zebra loach, i think - gift that i cant get rid of.
The male and female bettas get along fine, male doesnt ever go for them or even flare up. And the females semm happy even though theres just two
I would quite like an african dwarf frog but not sure if this would be good with the zebra loach

Your Zebra loach wont be happy on his own, you will have to get more of them (which I don't know if your tank can handle) or give back the one you have which will leave your stocking options more open

To be fair it sounds like you need a bigger tank...

If you want more fish in there it just seems the best option, if youve got hooked and want more fish one of two things will happen, an over stocked tank or a bigger tank. If your enjoying the hobby why not?

Also with the Bettas - its great they are getting on now but you have to recognise that they are a risk in there. I hope it never happens but one day one of them could lash out, it does happen and it can be just one event that takes place at any time... When I see tnaks with risky stockings I have to speak up because I lost my Nicaraguan that way, putting her in a risky situation and it went bad very quickly out of no where...

Yeah I would say since your hooked you might as well get a bigger tank because it will give you more room to stock more interesting fish

just make sure you don't catch MTS
