i have a fully matured 60l tank and would love some Cichlids (funnly enough)
but i need some ideas of what i could have
they will need to be community fish as have other fish in there
need ideas soon as going to my lfs this afternoon

What other fish do you currently have and how many, this will give us a better idea of suitable cichlids :)

Well that gives quite a bit of scope then.

You could have a blue acara, rainbow cichlids, angels, firemouths, ellioti, keyholes, bolivian rams, curviceps.

Personally I would go with 2 rainbow cichlids, 2 keyholes, 2 bolivian rams and then some corydoras (6-8) and a large shoal of tetras. Keeping it a peaceful tank, with varying colour cichlids and plenty of movement to keep interest.

i like some of the a lot but aren't some of them to big for a 60l

My mistake, I took it to read 60g not 60L  Sorry. In which case, none of the above are suitable.

You could have a pair or trio of Apistogramma or a single bolivian ram maybe.

no worrys
are bolivan rams the same as blue rams becuase i know my lfs has blue rams and could i get a pair

No bolivian rams are much hardier, google them for images. German Blue Rams (sometimes also called euro rams or blue rams) are more sensitive to water quality and parameters and often dont do well in high ph, they also require higher water temperatures to thrive.

I wouldnt suggest a pair in a 60L but a single bolivian ram or the apistos.

ok thanks i will see what my lfs has
what about keyholes

Keyholes can reach nearly 5" and really need a 3ft tank minimum, so no I dont think it would be a good idea.
