I have little white things floating in my tank and on the glass looks like they are moving but not quite sure. It’s weird I did a 50% water change and then this happened. I used a new python and this happened. My fish looks like they’re breathing faster than usual and are being a little more aggressive with each other. Thanks guys!

Here’s some pictures

I'm sorry your fish are breathing hard.
Does anyone know what this means?

It looks like dust on the surface to me.

What are your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels? Have you added anything new to the tank recently?

Fast breathing can be caused by a number of things including nitrate spike, ammonia spike, co2 poisoning, bacterial bloom, or just a general lack if dissolved oxygen in the water or toxin in the water.
Getting water parameters would be the first step in determining whats going on.

I saw the pictures but can't tell anything from them. I need the OP to describe the organisms or provide a clear close up picture of them.
