We have in our bigger tank...
Corydoras(Sterbai, Panda & Peppered), ottos, and Ember Tetra's. Some cherry and amano shrimp.
We recently added a pair of Cockatoo Cichlids, male and female. They were fine to start with and were getting on great with the cories but today i have noticed the female has become very agressive toward the cories and actually hunts them down to attack them. The male keeps himself to himself.
I understand they can become agressive when breeding and her colour has changed to a tinge of yellow which i have read its a sign that she is ready to breed?
Anyone else had this problem? I love my cories and can't stand to see them being bullied
Cheers
