Picked up a 37 gallon tank from CL today.  It will replace my smaller tank.

Although it came with a filter, I didn't like it (Top Fin 60); and I'm not keen on the one I have on my 50 gallon, either (I've added lots of media, as it basically has 2 flimsy thin bits and that is all!).  So I've ordered an Aquaclear for this tank.

The tank came with one light fixture, which holds one florescent tube light.  The guy told me it is the old style, you have to hold the button and eventually the light comes on.  Yep, he is right, I've tried it here at home.  I'd like to get a different light fixture.

I'm thinking the Zoo Med AquaSun T5-HO Double Light Linear Fluorescent Hood, 30-Inch

Even though it is called a 'hood,' from what I can see, it is a light fixture.  I will have a glass Versa Top for this tank.  I've not used anything like this Zoo Med unit.

Is a T5 and a T5 HO the same tube?  Or are they different?

Any ideas, suggestions what I should get?  This tank is 22. 75 inches deep.  It will have plants as well as freshwater fish.
