Need Help

I need to know of any Carnivore fish that are about 8 inches in size. A variety would be nice to hear about. PLease help. I'm also wondering if any one has a suggestion of some nice fish that will only grow about 8 inches besides the carnivores.

This is an international forum so there are so many dif time zones. Those folks in the know may be sleeping now or just not logged in. Your request is fairly specific and therefore folks that know these things are fewer and far between the common fish keeper here. I hope that you get the info that you are looking for but in the mean time you could add why you want to know - tank size - how many you want together etc.

there are several species of piranah that dont get much bigger than 8 or 9 inches. e.g some of the serrasalumus family:

SERRASALMUS COMPRESSUS
SERRASALMUS MEDINAI
