i have a red fromia starfish or a "red and black sea star" and my research tells me that i should feed itsome flake food.

first of all, how do i feed it and what should i feed it? Is pellet food fine too? will they eat seaweed?

According to Bob Fenner

they’re generally omnivorous. They could eat anything including sponges, detritus, film algae, sessile invertebrates, to meaty foods such as bits of clam, shrimp, krill, etc

He went on to say that they are unlikely to eat seaweed but give it a try :good: as you never know.

My understanding is that if your tank is large enough with a lot of lr they should not need supplementary feeding
