Need Help With Pleco Id

Hi guys heres a pic of my pleco i just bought...all it was labelled as was suckerfish at the lfs. THANKS alot..scroll down for more pics

add info: If pic isnt clear...the colour is a black base with yellow spots.the end of the tail doesnt seem to have a yellow stripe(maybe it aint gold nugget?)

That looks like a simple common pleco, try putting camera into macro mode and see if u can get a better pic to be sure.

ya defo one of these Common poss a sailfin or a gibby. mak sre you have a 5x2x2 MIN. tohouse him

Hard to tell from the pics to be honest. Definitely not a gibby, gibbies have dark spots on a lighter background, this one has light spots on a dark background.

If you can get some clearer shots someone might be able to ID him for definite for you.

sure...i do that first thing when i can get my dad's camera.

Strange thing is i got him real cheap...compared to how much some of you guys paid for plecos..this guy was a steal! only 2 dollars

Commons are common lol, as are gibbys and gold spots, they are farmed commercially, hence they are cheeeeeeeeeep

Could be a L001, still a large growing pleco;
