Need Help With Plant Id's

I was told that the one is a type of crypt but don't know much about the grass one, how do I best keep these alive?

I have lots of other plants but the babies tears seem to grow very slow and these two new ones I don't know much about.

I have a 47 gallon (by the calcutations) with 55 and 65 watt Compact flourecent lights (120 watts total) i use the flourish excell, iron tabs, and supplement. I also have a Co2 yeast bottle (till I can up grade) that I change every week.
