Need Help! Water Leaks From The Tubing Of My Filstar Xp

I just bought this new Filstar XP.  After setting it up, I checked all the tubes and clamps to ensure no leaks.  I found a leak from the connection of the tube to the Goose neck which is connected to the outlet/water blower.  I double checked the clamp/O-ring.  It looks alright.  What should I do?

Trim the hose and reconnect?
