Hi
I have 6 polka-dot loaches in QT at the moment. I did have a bit of a nitrIte problem but have solved that by buying another HOB filter and stuffing it with mature media from my main tank.
However, my concern now is that one of the loaches is being ignored by the others - the other 5 jam themselves behind the filter and he is left out on the sand. He is much thinner than them and is breathing rapidly and 'flicking' his sides onto the sand. I'm pretty sure he has parasites but I dont know what to treat him with. I have read that I should use Levamisole Hydrochloride but how do I get it - I'm in the UK. I also read one of Bloo's old threads about Flubenol15 - but it appears that that is no longer available.
Does anyone have any ideas??
Thanks
