Need help on other forum

Someone in the begginers forum wants to start up a setup for percual clowns and is under the impression that they can do it very cheaply and minimally. I've tried reasoning but my limited SW knowledge might be waining so could someone re itterate or correct what I've said, Thanks alot guys
