i have just spotted white spot on my loach
but the same loach has a gray mark on its belly,
it dosen't look like cotton,but could this be some kind of fungle i'm stuck

The grey spot sounds like a body fungus or some kind of bacterial infection. It sounds like when your cory got white spot( Ick, I'm guessing?) it got a secondary infection that caused the body fungus. That's what I'm guessing. You might want to start looking for some medicine if you already haven't.
