Need Assistance Posting A New Article On The Site

I have a new site approved two part article to post in the cycling area. It has illustrations and layout considerations. The article is currently in a MS Word 2007 file. The illustrations are all on my PC as well.
 
When I posted the cycling article with its minimal illustrations and layout issues it was a nightmare. The formatting seems to blow up when I try to copy and paste it.
 
Any help in making this article post the way it should appear would be greatly appreciated. If you can assist with this, please shoot me a PM.

I'm happy to help if I can TTA but I thought that a word processing expert might chip in!  I've got a copy of Word and I have a bit of experience with formatting.  If nobody better qualified volunteers I'll give it a go if you like.

My fiancee was a graphic designer and she did quite a few formatting on documents with images and graphics BUT mainly PDF's. not words docs though, but am sure she might be able to do something for you TTA if you willing for her to have a try.

Print it to a file then post the contents of the file cut up as required?
