need answer quick! swimbladder!

my brothers bala has swim bladder. but he wants to leave it in his tank, will the other fish get it as well? Its it contagious?

As far as I know it's not contagious. Do you know what may have caused it? Maybe over eating or too many freeze dried treats?

Swim Bladder Disease Swim bladder disease is sometimes caused by deformed bladder, parasite infestation, bacterial infections or constipation.
Symptoms: Loss of balance and/or abnormal swimming
