ok guys, this is hurting my head so im gonna put it to you guys to help me with!

i have an 80 Gallon tank and a 30 Gallon tank (the 30 i jus got from a friend, fish came with it.)

My 80 Gallon is fine with the exception of an Angel i added from the 30G to replace one i jus lost (she died after her first spawn failed, depression or something i think :-( ) well this new angel is taking a keen interest in anything smaller than it and i kno thats kinda my fault cos i have put it in with multiple tetras altho my other 2 angels have been fine.

neway.

in the 30G tank is a full grown pearl gourami, 5" RTBS, a small bala and a few other tetras and corys (2 peppered and 3 black widows tetras).

im thinkin of moving the bigger fish and keepin my 80G as the big fish tank and moving the tetras and smaller fish (eg plattys) to the 30G.

trouble is, im worried that things might get worse and i dont wanna disturb them all to find out it was a pointless mission.

this is how i thought id do the stocking but im not sure if theres too many fish in the 30G then and if the big gourami for example would attack the smaller gouramis that i would leave in the 80G.

80G tank

3 Angels
5 Clown Loaches
2 Red Rainbow Fish (Pair)
1 Bolivian Ram - i have 2 males (damnit)
4 Dwarf Neon Gourami (2 male, 2 female)
1 x 5" RTBS
1 x Fully grown Pearl Gourami
1 x Bala Shark
3x Black widow tetras
1x Plec

30G

16 Neons - mite be 14 or 15 now but there hard to count!
1 Ram - the other male
1 x Honey Gourami
10 various other small tetras (black neons and glowlights)
5 plattys
4 ADFs
1 x small RTBS
2 Corys

would that be ok do you think??

any advice or changes to the stocking would be helpful!!
