Need Advice About Co2 Diffuser ?

Hello

i have a 55 galoon tank with WET/DRY filteration.

i have a CO2 cylendar with diffuser..

My question :

IS where the best place to put the diffuser in my tank?

It's wretten on the diffuser manual, (put it over the sand level from 5 to 10 CM)

im running it 1 bubble per SEC, but has'nt show a what i prospect..

MY KH 6.5 PH 7.5 GH 9

MY diffuser is a ceramic reactor..

As low down in the tank as possible would be ideal. people say to put it as far away from the filter inlet as possible, i don't know if this makes a difference.

The closer to the sand the better. That gives the co2 more time to absorb into the water.
