need a little advice

hi all
just need a little advice in, my garden i have a big water but and its full of bloodworm i was woundering if i could take them and feed them to my bettas with out any trouble or is this a bad idea?

make sure their clean and it should be fine, when u buy them frozen its not like theres a blood worm farm, i think they get them out of the wild so i dont c any problem with it, i used to feed my guppyd baby earth worms and they never got sick, i guess guppys are a little differant thogh
