Need A Bit Of Advice On My Mts

Hey all, was just looking around my room this morning and have decided to get a shelf up with three or four small tanks for either bettas or fry tanks. Is it possible to get one filter to do all the tanks, what about heaters?

You would have to set it up so that the water from the three tanks is being taken away into one source then heated and filtered then you would have to send it back and split them up into three ways, this is the kind of thing you would get at a fish store, trouble is, if you don't have it so that you can isolate one tanks water supply, if you get one diseases in one tank, it will quickly spread to the other tanks.

for filtration you could get a large air pump and run 4 sponge filters off them as you wouldn't need any more filtration than that for betta/fry tanks

not sure about the heater though. might be easier (more expensive) to get 4 seperate ones

could buy a bigger, single tank and divide it then only one heater and one filter is needed.
