I keep hearing that these guys are the ones to buy from. Does anyone here have expirience with them? Im looking at buying a 72" X 30" x 24" tank. Blue background, optiwhite front plane, LED lights, all on a maple stand with full doors on it.

Anyone have any pics of their ND tanks and stands?

Any advice how to get the most bang for the buck so to speak, i want a fully planted setup, Co2, heated substrate, il be using 2 Eheim 2178 external filters. The lighting is my main concern, i want to use one of those hand down lights (Hailade is it?) but my partner draws the line at those. She wants it to be in a hood on hanging over the tank from the wall not the ceiling.

This is going to be my "dream" tank and i only have 1 shot at it, its cost me about £1000 in pandora charms just to get a yes from her!

I purchased a 72"x 22"x 30" at christmas from them and I am very pleased with it.. Only bought the tank thoughn no stand but if there as good as the tank should be very nice.. Black background is nice!!

if you have a look through my old threads you will see i have got one, t1karman got his tank done by them and the tank was alright but the plumming on the sump kept leaking.

I've just bought a 34x18x20 main tank and a small 19x13x13" hospital tank from them. I also bought a hood and tray for the main one.

The tank looks lovely - sadly they'd made it wrong (no condensation cover) and I didn't spot this as it's the first tank I've ever bought. The braceless design looks very cool but I want the cover so their making a new one for me (no quibbles). Delivery was on time. The wood work I have is good quality and well sealed with evidence of silicon on most / all of the joints. The small tank looks a little rushed with some of the silicon joints looking a little overloaded - not an issue with the main tank - and the small tank smelled very strongly so I suspect it was put together shortly before delivery :)

Good to deal with on the emails - free with their information and advice.

Would recommend them :)

Update: ND are going to send a chap over to fix the required stuff in place in-situ which is useful as it means that I can get on and cycle the filter (though the tank will need to be dry when they work on it so I'll need to find a way to keep the filter wet) however it's also a shame as I was going to ask to have the tank made 1" taller as the hood seems rather visually heavy compared to the amount of glass on display but never mind. :)

Just an update - someone from ND came out to my house (near Swindon) on Sunday and fitted the missing condensation cover. The only oddity is that the holes left for pipes do not line up with the holes in the lid :( I've fixed this with a jig saw and some Hard Wax Oil to seal the surface so holefully all will be well.

Looking forward to getting the tank cycling on Thursday. :)

Edited to add:
The holes at the back of the tank are 33mm which is big enough to get my 22/16 pipe through but not big enough to get the filter cage on the outlet through which isn't a big deal. I've cut an 15-20 mm from each side of the lid holes at the back to allow the outlet pipe to twist so that it can go through the hole in the back of the tank however I've had to rig up a flexible shepherds crook to run the spray bar as the solid one just wouldn't work (the tank end was pressed up against the glass meaning that the spay bar wouldn't attach. All a bit of a pain and apparently this is the normal design so it's probable that I'm just doing something wrong! :) In the future I may make my own hood which will:
1) have holes that line up
2) be visually slimmer at the front of the tank
3) allow easier access to the lights - possibly a second hinged panel
