Has anyone had any experience with the method described in this article- natural filtration , the pros and cons of using it on a nano tank, who it is suitable for etc? If I did do this, it would be on a 2' tank with similar sized sump.
And another question while I am here, if I did do this would it cycle by simply being left with live rock/sand and water circulating (from the dying 'stuff' on the live rock), or would the addition of a dead shrimp be needed?
