Nasty White Stuff In My Tank

does anyone know what this stuff is and how to get rid of it?
its all over my tank
on the gravel on the plants
it looks like some sort of fungus

How often do you maintain the tank.

Gravel vac, scrub ornaments in salt waterm rinse well, let dry out for a day.
Do you use plastic plants or real.
Give the glass a clean with a glass magnet.
