Nano?

Im looking at a budget nano i like the aquastyle 510 which is 75 litres it comes with a built in filter with a carbon filter ceramic noodles and sponge pad, wiht a powerhead as a water inlet for the filters.Would this be any good as a marine setup?Also the lighting is 2x 15W tubes which i dont think i will be able to upgrade.Will these be ok for any type of corals(please state which ones).Would i need a skimmer or would regular water changes be aqequate?

Easy softies like mushrooms, leathers, sinularia, xenia, etc would be the choices
