Nano Tank Lights?

ok so i would like to convert my very small tank into a lovely planted nano tank.

first off, where could i find a cheap powerful light that will let plants grow to their full potential
secondly, same for a filter.
and also a CO2 kit? (if the exsist)

How big is your very small tank? I have a 2 gallon that I've made a little light for by just making a wooden box, and wiring it with a switch, cord, and incandescent light fitting. Screwed in a self-ballasted CF and voila!
