Nano Sps

I am looking at the Wave Box Cubo 45 Marine tank setup to use as a Quarintine tank and was thinking about converting it to a SPS only tank after I have fully stocked my Orca TL550 would the lighting be good enough (Supplied with solaris 18w 10.000k )? if not is MH the only option or will the aquaray LED`s be good enough?

Not too sure about the Aquarays as I have no experience with them in that respect. But I can grow certain SPS under T5s
Try Montipora digitata, its a bit more forgiving than most other SPS

Montipora Capricornus is another to try under T5s. Aquarays are not strong enough apparently for SPS. I have been looking into Euphyllia Spp under them and no one has tried because they seem to work only for soft corals. However a combo T5/aquaray may have some additional benefits. You could be a pioneer in the field.......

i have a few sps under t5s (not the best water quality either) and the monti digitata is thriving
