has anybody used this? http/www.marinedepot.com/aquarium_protei...mer.asp?CartId= ive read some good and bad reviews, so im not really sure what to think. a lot of people say its because the flow rate isnt high enough, so if i replace the powerhead, would it make a difference?

Not sure about the flow rate, but it does work. We got a couple at work and hooked one up for grins and it did a fine job

do you have to worry about the water levels or anything like that? do you have it in the tank or in a sump?
